What is the Digital Kit programme?
The Digital Kit Programme is an initiative of the Government of Spain, which aims to subsidise the implementation of digital solutions in companies, in order to achieve a significant advance in the level of digital maturity, within the framework of the Digital Spain Agenda 2025the SMEs Digitalisation Plan 2021- 2025 and the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan for Spain -Funded by the European Union - Next Generation EU. The order regulating this aid was published in the BOE on 29 December 2021:

What is the Digital Voucher
The Digital Voucher is a financial aid (subsidy) to boost the digitalisation of Spanish SMEs, enabling them to implement technological solutionswhich are managed through Digitising Agents.
Who it is aimed at:
The digital solutions provided by the Digital Kit are geared towards the needs of the small enterprises, micro-enterprises and the self-employedbelonging to any sector or type of business.
Requirements to apply for the Digital Kit as a company beneficiary of the aid
- Be an SME (10 to 49 employees), Micro SME (4 to 9 employees) or Self-employed (2 to 6 employees).
- Not to exceed the annual turnover as defined by the categories of undertakings
- Proof of the company's seniority (minimum 2 financial years closed; 2019)
- The company cannot be in a crisis situation.
- The company cannot be found to be in competition with the European Commission which has declared the aid unlawful and incompatible with the common market.
- Be up to date with tax and social security payments.
